     I live in the Pine Bush NY area, where three counties of New York State touch.  I work as a Buyer Representative for property searches in Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties of New York's Greater Hudson Valley and Catskill Gateway.  It is a beautiful area to live or vacation in. 

Well within commuting distance to New York City, you can have the best of both worlds.  We have small city locations, suburban developments, villages, and rural open acres.   There are mountains, valleys, rivers, streams, lakes, and miles of hiking and biking trails.
